Following the flood incident at Portage II on April 4, 2025, significant repairs are required to restore the affected bathrooms and drywall areasthat were damaged or removed due to the water infiltration. The flood, originating from a broken roof drain, impacted 13 floors, resulting in theremoval of drywall and other building materials to prevent further water damage and mold growth. The repairs will focus on replacing theremoved drywall, repairing any damaged bathroom fixtures, and restoring the affected areas to full functionality. This will include addressingdrywall replacement, painting, and other necessary improvements to ensure the bathrooms are fully operational and meet safety standards.The goal is to restore the building-s facilities to their original state
