Short description of the object: Microtitric plaque multifunction reader is specifically adapted for measuring and analysis of samples in various microtitric or microvolum plates, allowing high-performance tests using different methods of detection: UV-bra absorbance, intensity and polarization of fluorescence, Timel-friendly fluorescence, alpha technology and luminescence.
A multifunctional reader of microtiters' plates is urgently needed to carry out a newly acquired The European Research project Vigilant and the implementation of research work under the Structural Biology program. We will use it for next High -performance applications:
• Inhibition tests of enzyme activity (protease, eg human cathepsins L, V, K, B and bacterial glycoside hydrolases and transferase) - Fluorescence intensity,
• Protein-Ligand interaction tests (small molecules)-polarization of fluorescence,
• Protein-Ligand interaction tests (protein/peptide/DNA)-homogeneous timing fluorescence (HTRF),
• Elisa Tests - Absarb, Fluorescence and Luminescence,
• Optical density tests (OD600) - Absarb
• quantification of protein - absorbance,
• Quantification of DNA/RNA in low volume - absorbance,
• Reporter genes tests (GFP, YFP…) - Fluorescence
• Luminescence tests
