The municipality of Ooststellingwerf has the objective of being 100% CO2 neutral by 2030. For this we encourage mobility where no fuel or a sustainable fuel is used. To achieve this, it was decided to purchase an electric mowing machine that can be used for various green work during the year. The municipality has conducted market research to investigate whether there are equal alternative multifunctional electric mowers from other suppliers. The municipality has not found no alternative for this. To prevent the parties from being excluded, we start this competition procedure with negotiation. If candidates register who meet the attached requirements for requirements, the negotiation procedure will be continued with these parties.
