This call for tenders concerns a framework contract for the provision for all of the State of Vaud of efficient, reliable, secure A3 and A4 multifunction printers, at a cost controlled, by a cost-per-click rental solution, All-in which includes machines, consumables, except paper, accessories and services according to details listed in the specifications loads. The multifunction printer fleet is managed by three separate network managers, namely; the General Directorate of digital and information systems (DGNSI) for the part administration, the Educational Computer Center for Compulsory Education (CIPEO) and the Information Systems Unit (USI) for post-compulsory schools. The current fleet of printers multifunction consists of approximately 2204 A3 machines and 488 A4 machines. These data, as of 12/31/2025, are likely to change upwards or downwards. decreasing according to user needs. The machines are distributed throughout of Canton of Vaud. As part of a policy of sustainable development and impact reduction environmental, the machines made available to users may, to the extent possible possible, be used or reconditioned machines, under provided that they are conform to the models and technical specifications defined in the specifications.
