The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement with one service provider for the rental of a number of multifunctionals with all-in maintenance. The intention is to conclude this all-in agreement for a period of 60 months and one optionally twice one (2 x 1 year) extension year. The following deliveries are part of the scope of this assignment: • 16 Multifunctionals • Print and scan management solution SaaS or hybrid • Maintenance and supplies (number of prints) • Activities outside the included maintenance The contracting authority cannot predict how the organization will develop during the term of the contract.
