The subject of this tender is multifunction devices and a possible separately procured security printing service. The devices are offered to the Customer as a service in accordance with the request for tenders covering;* the delivery of the devices and related supplies and services, installation and commissioning in the Subscriber's operating environment * user training and equipment use support services * up-to-date information security and software updates for the equipment and the software used in the services * consumables * maintenance and service services including remote management, works, possible trips and spare parts * and services related to decommissioning. One primary supplier will be selected for this framework arrangement. The other selected editors all rank 2nd without priority order. The lightened tenders of the framework arrangement are conducted among all suppliers selected for the framework arrangement. The suppliers selected for the framework arrangement and the comparison criteria are described in the request for tenders in the section "Decision making basis". A maximum of 5 suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement, all those selected must meet the suitability requirements and the offers must be in accordance with the request for offers.
