The objective of the consultancy is to carry out a technical and economic analysis of the potential of green hydrogen production from photovoltaic plants for transport and end- use by industrial customers. Through the optimization of a multifluid parallel system for production and sale of electricity and green hydrogen; and associated services in the Atlantic department. This project is expected to reduce barriers to the development of the green hydrogen and its derivatives industry in the country; contribute to the path of decarbonization of the economy and support activities related to the country-s energy transition. This study will also promote the development of the pipeline of potential projects related to green hydrogen in Colombia.The study must include a detailed market research to identified and estimate potential demand and clients: determine the required and optimal infrastructure and installations; -as well as their location to cover the estimated demand; a review of the regulatory framework; and propose a business model for the investment and operation of the production and sale of green hydrogen that can maximize economic efficiency.
