A DMZ (demilitarized zone) network is one secure subnetwork that provides an additional layer of protection between an internal network and external networks, such as the Internet. The following objects and locations are located on the DMZ network of tunnels and bridges of the municipality of The Hague connected: Road tunnels: Victory Boogie Woogie Tunnel; Hubertus tunnel; King's Tunnel; Bridges: Binckhorst Bridge; Laakbrug; Trekvliet bridge. Locations: Scheveningen control center; Secondary Control Center; Town Hall The Hague. During the realization of the network a maintenance contract has been agreed by the municipality of The Hague with the implementing party for a maximum period of 7 years. This maintenance contract expires in September 2026. Assignment The municipality wants to keep the DMZ network available and reliable The Hague (hereinafter: Client) to conclude a multi-year maintenance contract with one Contractor with an initial term of six (6) years through this Tender Procedure. The Client wants the DMZ network to remain independent and secure function with high availability and reliability.
