25IP030 - 1 Multi-year works agreement regarding the construction of hangars within the various Defense quarters, in accordance with the conditions of these specifications. In the context of designing and building hangars for the benefit of Defense, the contractor responsible for the entire assignment, which involves both design and construction. He is also responsible for various associated tasks such as safety and health coordination, the building information model (BIM) collaboration process and BIM modeling, quality control of all documents drawn up, both in the study phase and in the implementation phase. Given the complexity of the assignment and to avoid any ambiguities regarding the specifications, the contracting authority organizes between the publication of the contract notice and the opening of the tenders, a preliminary information meeting on: May 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM and June 25, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Attendance at one of the information meetings is mandatory. The tender from the tenderer who did not participate in one of the information meetings will be considered irregular. See Section 6.j. of the specifications.
