1. The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-disciplinary design documentation for an investment task entitled: Design documentation for the creation of an underground parking lot as a place to hide category U-1 along with the adaptation of road infrastructure Psychiatric Hospital in Choroszcz and Design documentation for the creation of an underground parking lot as a place to hide category U-1 next to building no. 25 of the Psychiatric Hospital in Choroszcz, located on plots no. 101/26 and 105/5 in the town of Choroszcz.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3. The service will be provided on the terms and conditions specified in the Draft Agreement, Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.5.
