Wandsworth Council are developing a purpose built new Supported Housing facility in the heart of Wandsworth and are seeking to partner with an innovative care and support provider to create an inclusive model of care that will support up to 56 adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, care leavers and other residents at risk of homelessness. We would therefore like to invite engagement around the concept and service design at this early stage from any interested parties. As a provider, you will have a proven track record of working successfully with different client groups, hold the relevant CQC registration (where required) and have an existing operating presence within Wandsworth or the surrounding boroughs. Each client group will have varying support needs, so it is essential that the provider is able to deliver tailored support to: . Adults with a Learning Disability who may require physical and personal care and support to maximise their potential, build and maintain their life skills, personal development and quality of life.
