Fda/nctr requires a multi-mode plate reader capable of reading plates of various sizes and with the capacity to run small (2ul) volumes of samples. The instrument will be used for fda to assess the enzymatic activity of products of interest to the fda, e.g., nattokinase and lumbrokinase, analyte concentrations of purity, e.g., dna, rna, and proteins, as well as to run accuracy tests of automatic liquid handling system in the laboratory to ensure optimal performance of the instrument and subsequent assays.
