1. The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-disciplinary design documentation for the task entitled: Reconstruction and modernization of the protective structure at the 3rd Secondary School in Toruń, ul. Raszei 1 (stage II).2. Guidelines for the implementation of the subject of the order: 1) Existing the protective structure is located in the basement under the gymnasium in the building of the 3rd Secondary School in Toruń at ul. Raszei 1, on plot no. 57/21 from area 59. The S1 category shelter is designed for 300 people. The area is not covered by the plan spatial development. The facility is not subject to conservation protection.2) The starting material is the design documentation entitled: Reconstruction and modernization of the protective structure in the 3rd Secondary School at ul. Raszei 1, developed by Mahton Schrony Sp. z o. o. from Bydgoszcz (constituting an annex to SWZ). 3) The design documentation should include, among others: expansion of the facility with main and emergency entrances/exits required by regulations, air intakes, construction of required connections to the shelter along with obtaining making arrangements with network operators and obtaining permission to adapt the shelter to applicable regulations.
