The purpose of this consultation is to establish a framework agreement relating to surveyor-topographer services for construction, rehabilitation or development and infrastructure operations, as well as one-off additional services relating to the field of diagnostics. This is a framework agreement for subsequent contracts, multi-awardee, as defined in article R2162-2 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Code. Subsequent contracts will be awarded when needs arise.
