Multi-awardee framework agreement with subsequent contracts relating to operational and strategic purchasing support services The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide operational and strategic support services in purchasing for benefit from Solideo Alpes 2030. It is concluded in the form of a multi-awardee framework agreement with subsequent contracts, awarded in accordance with articles R. 2162-2 and R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. Subsequent contracts will be allocated after re-competition between the holders under the conditions provided for in article R. 2162-10 of the same code. The services are defined in the specific clauses booklet. They will mainly be carried out on the premises of the holder. Certain services may be carried out in the premises of Solideo Alpes 2030. The framework agreement is concluded for a firm period of twenty-four (24) months, tacitly renewable twice for a period of one year (i.e. a maximum period of 48 months) He does not include a minimum amount but provides for a maximum amount differentiated by contractual period, set at: - 1, 300, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for the firm period; - 450, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for the first renewal; - 300, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for the second renewal.
