Tender Details

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide operational and strategic purchasing support services for the benefit of Solideo Alpes 2030. It is concluded in the form of a multi-awardee framework agreement with subsequent contracts, awarded in accordance with articles R. 2162-2 and R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. Subsequent contracts will be awarded after re-competition between the holders under the conditions provided for in Article R. 2162-10 of the same code. The services are defined in the specific clauses book. They will mainly be carried out on the premises of the holder. Certain services may be carried out in the premises of Solideo Alpes 2030. The framework agreement is concluded for a fixed period of twenty-four (24) months, tacitly renewable twice for a period of one year (i.e. a maximum duration of 48 months) It does not include a minimum amount but provides for a maximum amount differentiated by contractual period, set at: - 1, 300, 000 euro(s) Excl. tax for the closed period; - 450, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for the first renewal; - 300, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for the second renewal. The estimated value, indicated in this contract notice, takes into account the total duration of the framework agreement, including the renewals, as well as all the options within the meaning of European law provided for
