The multi-awardee framework agreement, with a maximum amount of 20, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, is entered into in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts as and when as needed. Duration of the framework agreement is 5 years from notification until June 30, 2031 (contracting entity). Each subsequent contract determines its own deadline or duration of execution. The services covered by the contracts subsequent transactions will be settled by unit and fixed prices, with prices: either firm, possibly updatable, or revisable.
