The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to carry out the following missions in particular: Energy Cadastre; Energy Quickscan; Energy audit; Opportunity study; Real estate strategy; EMS monitoring study; EMS public procurement; Assistance in appointing a project author or a design & build contract; Assistance to the project owner for the overall monitoring of the project; Energy certification of public buildings; Ad hoc technical support missions.
