The purpose of this contract is to provide catering services for the needs of the Maison du Cinéma et des Jeux Vidéo de La Réunion (MCJV Réunion). The services concern in particular the organization of breakfasts, coffee breaks, breaks gourmet foods, cocktails, buffets, meal trays, lunch baskets, lunch boxes as well as service, presentation, delivery and associated beverage supplies. The services are intended for events, training, residencies, meetings institutions, boards of directors, professional meetings, promotional operations, reception of delegations and events organized by the MCJV in the fields of cinema, audiovisual and video games. The market took the form a multi-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders, allocated into three geographical and/or functional lots according to the stipulations of the consultation file.
