This procedure aims at the conclusion of a multi-attribute framework agreement, without prior fixing of all terms, with up to three attributors per lot, in accordance with article 43 of the law of June 17, 2016. It is carried out according to a competitive procedure with negotiation, in accordance in article 38 §1, 1, 2 and 3 . The main purpose of the framework agreement is the supply of food products for the restaurant of the Moulin de la Hunnelle. The Moulin de la Hunelle is an adapted work company whose employees are primarily of people with disabilities. It offers a multitude of services, including a catering service. The framework agreement consists of 3 lots: - Lot 1: dairy and grocery products - Lot 2: Fruits and vegetables - Lot 3: Viandes and cold meats
