MULTI-ATTRIBUTE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS RELATING TO STUDY MISSIONS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE COMFORT AND ECOLOGICAL AND LANDSCAPE REQUALIFICATION OF WATER BANKS - CITY OF ANNECY This consultation is carried out according to the appeal procedure open tenders provided for in articles R 2124-1 and R 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation concerns multi-awardee framework agreements, giving rise to the conclusion of subsequent subsequent contracts, under the conditions defined in articles L 2125-1, R 2162-7, -8 and -10 of the Public Procurement Code.
