The purpose of the missions of this framework agreement is to carry out, on behalf of the Project Owner, and upon indication of the Project Manager, precise topographical surveys (terrestrial method) in order to ensure that the works completed (or in the process of being implementation) by the companies holding the works contracts, comply with the contractual requirements in planimetry and altimetry. The external control aims to assure the project management of the good quality of the works. It is not intended to replace the internal control of companies or/and the various missions of the project manager. The external control is deemed to know all the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to the safety of the construction site and the health of the workers who can apply.
