The purpose of this consultation is to entrust an independent auditing service provider, duly accredited to carry out concession audits, with the detailed analysis of the operation of the concession, with particular attention paid to candidates. with proven expertise in ZNI. This auditor will be responsible for analyzing in detail the operation of the concession on the following aspects: - SMEM assets - The concessioned networks (HTA - LV) - Maintenance - Continuity of supply - Voltage quality - Renewal of works - Billing - Relations with users - Control of energy demand applied to the network - Specific missions in particular the control of the TCFE (tax on final consumption electricity) and the development axes of the network with a view to establishing a master plan for electricity networks.
