Scope for this procurement:- Implement and manage site controls for the duration of the project.- Poison the existing turf in preparation for returfing.- Minor plumbing works for the protection and operation of existing irrigation system.- Earthworks and amendments to improve soil profile and achieve desirable levels and complete laser grading to industry-standard sports field tolerances.- Installation and successful establishment of rolled turf (Kikuyu).- 3-months establishment maintenance.- Protection of surrounding areas and infrastructure during works.
