Tenders are invited for The subject for this tender is a Framework Agreement for the hire of two (2) hydraulic excavators including operators on an ‘if and when required- basis for use by the Marine and Coastal Protection Unit of the Public Works Department, Ministry for Transport, Infrastructure and Capital Projects (MTIP). The excavators will be used to assist the direct labour workforce in carrying out the works for the repair and reconstruction of slipways, dredging works (rock boulder, sand, silt dead Posidonia, etc), placing of armour stone along the coast and other marine related works including works in seawater.
