Tender Details

The purpose of the contract is to carry out work relating to the energy renovation of the Engis cultural center. Description of the work to be carried out: The project concerns the energy renovation of the entire Engis Cultural Center. This is divided into two separate buildings. The ass centerturel is housed in the most recent part which rises on two levels. The ground floor houses a performance hall, a bar, toilets, a library and a multipurpose room. Upstairs, there are a set of offices, a kitchenette and a meeting room. The worksx concern the total renovation of the exterior envelope. Namely the replacement of the facing brick in order to insulate all of the exterior walls, the insulation of the roof and the replacement of the frames. This work is an opportunity to provide additional storage space on the facade.rear and create an awning on the front facade. The Center for Creative Expression has the south wing, the older structure of which is made up of solid terracotta brick walls. In order to preserve this typology, the insulation work will be carried out from the inside by creating a nonew thermal envelope. The work also concerns the replacement of ventilation devices, modification of the heating system and relighting and relamping work. This work falls under the CPV code: 45000000-7 This is a works contract in a sector sensitive tola fraude.
