2.Background and objectivesIn order to meet its requirements in terms of office space for its activities in Italy, the European Asylum Support Office (EASO) is looking to rent office premises in Rome, Italy, to ensure sufficient working space for its staff.
3.Scope3.1 Description of requirements
EASO seeks to rent an office premises of highest standards of working environment and in compliance with the relevant rules and regulations as follows:
— above ground property area with a surface between a range of approximately 650 m2 and 800 m2,
— located in a single base building (preferably on a single floor),
— capable of accommodating a range of 40 to 50 persons in a mixed environment (individual and shared offices, meeting rooms, reception and waiting areas, storage),
— to be leased for a period of six years renewable once for further six years. An early termination clause will be required by EASO,
