The new ferry facilities include a covered fixed pier, gangway, float guide piles, donut fender piles, hardscape, plantings, and associated utilities for vessel charging, power, lighting, water, and fire protection. The EFWS system includes installation of suction connection and the fireboat manifold and connection to the main EFWS pipe in Terry Francois Blvd. Agua Vista Park Improvements include grading, site lighting, irrigation, hardscape, and planting. The project may require environmental management of excavated materials. Time allowed for Completion: 600 consecutive calendar days Estimated Construction Cost: $26, 020, 000 An on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 12:01PM at the project site located at the Ferry Plaza at the intersection of 16th Street and Terry A. Francois Blvd. in San Francisco. We will meet promptly at 12:01PM in the plaza at the Bay Front Park sign. Paid, on street parking is available, but not guaranteed in the project site vicinity.
