We are pleased to invite you to submit a quotation for MSG Cook Services, as detailed in the enclosed Request for Quotations (RFQ), number 19DA2026Q0002. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. Interested offerors/quoters must provide a list of names of the participants via e-mail to CopenhagenContracts@state.gov with the subject line “19DA2026Q0002 MSG Cook Services” no later than 12:00 (local time) on December 10, 2025, to arrange access to the building. Prior notification is required for entry.
