MS higher education software license acquisition (MSFL26) Conclusion of a unique framework agreement for the Hungarian Higher Education and Public Education, Research and Public Collections Computer Network Association as a result of a centralized public procurement procedure Microsoft for the purpose of acquiring higher education software licenses and/or solutions (MSFL26).
