Tender Details

Tender are invited for Consultation will focus on reviewing agency structures, processes and procedures, and making recommendations. Specifically, guidance should include, but is not limited to : 1. maximizing efficiencies; including our physical footprint across the Commonwealth; 2. technologies to support streamlining and integration of programmatic and fiscal components within and across divisions; 3. technologies and infrastructure to support consumers interface with MRC; 4. strategic efforts to increase workforce mobility; 5. enhanced internal and external partnerships; 6. development of fiscal practices reflective of current and forecasted financial resources; 7. assistance with identifying risk areas for the agency to update internal controls and priorities; and, 8. a review of the most efficient way to serve MRCs changing population. Consultation will advise agency on best practices and model programs and efforts in other states and agencies, identify a road map as to how to implement and phase in changes, implement a monitoring system, integrate needed infrastructures and supports, and ensure a participatory process.
