Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-03 dated April 26, 2023. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisitions for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1, 350 Employees.
