The subject of the order is the Contractor's provision of a comprehensive service of maneuvering works on the siding of MPEC Sp. z o. o. in Olsztyn related to the delivery of fine coal delivered to the delivery and reception point, in particular: obtaining all necessary permits for entry and exit from the MPEC Kortowo siding, - ensuring that the Contractor performs the duties of the maneuver manager (setter) and other employees necessary to provide the service, - delivering and collecting wagons to and from delivery and collection tracks, service of loading points, assembling wagons into compact trains, performing other shunting activities on siding tracks as needed (e.g. shifting, pushing, clearing snow from tracks and turnouts, etc.), - performance of all works with the Contractor's vehicles and forces. 2. Performance of all works related to shunting operation of the siding by the Contractor's employees meeting the qualification requirements in accordance with the provisions of the Railway Transport Act and implementing regulations.3.Performance of all railway works related to the operation of the MPEC Kortowo siding in accordance with the Regulations on the Operation of the Railway Siding of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. z o. o. in Olsztyn.4.Assumed quantity of fine fines supplies coal in the indicated period is approximately 50 thousand. tons (±30%) and will be carried out by approximately 25 shuttles (±30%).5.The maximum quantity of a single delivery (shuttle) is 35 wagons.6.Shunting works can be carried out during...
