Public Transport of the Lausanne region sa (hereinafter tl) is organizing a competitive tender for the granting of a display concession on the spaces managed by tl and the Lausanne-Echallens-Bercher railway company (hereinafter LEB) i.e. for the interior and exterior of vehicles and stations. The objective is to optimize the advertising promotion of the domains of the tl and LEB companies. This optimization objective is twofold. It is financial on the one hand (optimizing the revenue generated through advertising) and customer on the other hand (optimizing the experience of our customers by promoting the comfort of their trip). This is a display concession service market. This competition concerns the granting of a display concession in and on our vehicles and at stations. The competition consists of two lots: - Lot 1: analog display concession - Lot 2 digital display concession The tl acts as organizer of this implementation procedure. competition. At the end of the procedure, the tl and the LEB being separate legal entities, a contract granting a concession for each entity will be signed with the chosen candidate.
