In a context of continuous development of the offer of mobility and improvement of the experience lived by our customers, our employees and the general public, the TL wish to have a structured system for collection and data analysis, through three main types of studies ::
* Customer studies to understand uses, expectations, perceptions and mobility behavior, and in a bi-annual measure the satisfaction of our customers,
* An annual employee satisfaction and commitment survey (TL-Vox system),
* Brand image studies, notoriety and attachment to the general public.
These studies aim to support strategic choices, improve customer and collaborator experience, manage brand image and guide local public action.
This call for tenders relates to investigative services through completed surveys By analyzing and providing reliable and exploitable and comparable results from one edition to another and offer recommendations to the contractor.
It is planned to start the execution of services on 01.02.2026, subject to obtaining appropriations or appropriate authorizations.
