Acquisition of tires for heavy buses Acquisition of tires for light buses Public transport in the Lausanne region sa (tl) operates a fleet of vehicles of various types, covering nearly 15 million journeys annually. kilometers. This fleet, deployed in the outer ring of the Lausanne region, is made up of 288 vehicles including 271 heavy vehicles and 17 minibuses. In addition, an expansion of the fleet is planned for 2031, bringing the total vehicles to 312. The tl operate according to the principle of seasonality of tires, i.e. a change (depending on the weather) between September and November for the winter season, then a second from April to mid-May for the summer season (winter tire in mid-life before a next retreading, profile between 4 and 8 mm deep). This is a supply market. This call for tenders concerns the acquisition of new tires and retreaded tires for the contracting authority's vehicles, under a framework contract lasting 4 years, renewable for a fifth year. It consists of two lots: * Lot 1: Acquisition of tires for heavy buses; * Lot 2: Acquisition of tires for light buses (minibuses).
