The current signage of the TL network, set up between the 1990s and 2000s, has only benefited from occasional adaptations since its last major overhaul in 2008, made to integrate the M2 metro. It is not a homogeneous system covering all the modes of transport, thiswhich complicates the orientation of users, in particular in multimodal exchange poles such as Flon, Bel-Air and St-Francois.
The absence of coherent and updated signage negatively impacts the accessibility, inclusiveness and readability of the transport offer, reducing its attractivenessand the user experience.
The introduction of a new tram line by 2026 is an opportunity to modernize and harmonize signage on the scale of the whole TL network.
In this context, the present call for tenders relates to the supply and installation of elements of elementsSignage (shutdown name panels, connection indications, arrows, etc.), as well as on associated services: printing, installation, disassembly, recycling and updating of the supports.
The market is structured in 3 lots:
- lot 1: Road / tram signage
- Lot 2: Metrum signage (M1, M2)
- Lot 3: Signage R20/LEB
For the 3 lots, the expected services include supply, production, printing, installation, disassembly, recycling or elimination, as well as maintenance/update of the whole network signage.
