The order covers the provision of services related to mowing the green belt on the roadsides of district roads in the Owicim district in 2026, including preparatory services, mechanical mowing of grass on the roadsides, slopes and counter-slopes of ditches, and manual mowing of grass in inaccessible places, including the removal of mown grass and weeds. Part 1 - covers district roads in the city and commune of Brzeszcze, the city and commune of Chemek and the commune of Owicim. The detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions for the implementation of the works are determined accordingly appendices to the SWZ: - Technical specifications - Road lists - Price forms - Designed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the content of the contract. The order covers a maximum of three service requests. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: itself (depending on current needs) the right to: - order at least one service within a specified scope, - reduce the scope of the service. The minimum scope includes preparatory services and mechanical mowing of grass on roadsides, slopes and counter-slopes roww.
