Tender Details

5.1 The subject of the order is the execution of the task titled: Mowing green areas and maintaining hedgerows in the Andrychw Commune in 2026. 5.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: 5.2.1 mowing grass, weeds, self-sowing plants with the removal of cut plants, 5.2.2 hedgerow care. 5.3 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: Description of the subject of the order. 5.4 All the above-mentioned services must be performed in accordance with the Service Standards constituting Annex No. 3 to the Draft Agreement, as well as in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Draft Agreement: Mowing grass, weeds, volunteer seedlings with the export of cut plants and Appendix No. 2 to the Draft Agreement: Hedgerow care. 5.5 The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the project contracts. 5.6 The Ordering Party requires that, as part of the implementation of the contract, activities directly related to its performance, i.e. activities necessary to implement the subject of the contract in the field of mowing grass, weeds, volunteer seedlings with the export of cut plants and the care of hedgerows were performed by persons employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of section...
