This work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to sustain and maintain in a healthy, attractive, and safe condition, all turf, trees, and other landscaping at the locations stated in this IFB. This includes tree planting, trimming, and tree removal; plant removal; leaf removal; and all other landscaping services as needed.
