The Work consists generally of supplying all labour, materials and equipment for theremoval of the existing retaining wall, removal of two (2) mature trees and three (3) juveniletrees, installation, backfilling and landscaping of the new 68-meter precast concretemodular block (PMB) retaining wall on Mount Pleasant Avenue, located between 32 CrowsNest Lane and 55 Mount Pleasant Avenue.The construction of the retaining wall also includes removal of necessary trees to completethe project, removal of the existing retaining wall, installation of the new retaining wallsystem, installation of draintile that will be connected to the municipal storm sewer, selectfill, all excavation, as well as concrete curb, sidewalk and asphalt reinstatement.
