The Bureau of Reclamation requires a ten (10) inch motor operated Nordstrum Dynamic Plug Valve Assembly (or equivalent) with the following specifications:Assembly includes:10¿ Nordstrum 1949 Plug Valve (or equivalent)Limitorque MXB Series Electric Actuator (or equivalent)Limitorque WG35 Gear Box (or equivalent)This is a sources sought notice for acquisition planning purpose. No formal solicitation for this work exists at this time. This notice is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified small businesses technically capable of meeting the Government requirement to determine the method of acquisition, including whether a small business socio-economic set-aside is possible. All eligible and qualified contractors may submit capability statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the quantity and availability of small business contractors who have the ability to deliver the item described above. The capability statements received will be used to determine the Government's overall procurement strategy. Interested parties shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, tools, and materials to deliver the specific motor operated dynamic plug assembly.
