Acquisition of motorized light training aircraft Delivery and commissioning of 2 new (not previously used) two-seater motorized light training aircraft (without registration), user-level management and maintenance of the aircraft (daily management and maintenance, occupational safety) training for at least 2 people for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours within the framework of the sales contract, as specified in the public procurement documentation, at the place of performance specified by the contracting authority. Winner The tenderer's task is to deliver and put into operation (without registration) 2 new (not previously used) two-seater light training aircraft as described below, to manage and maintain the aircraft at the user level (daily handling and maintenance, occupational safety) training for at least 2 people for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours within the framework of the sales contract, as specified in the public procurement documentation, at the place of performance specified by the contracting authority. The to be delivered the technical parameters of the motorized light training aircraft are provided by the contracting authority as part of the public procurement documents. The two-seat motorized light training aircraft (hereinafter: aircraft) must comply with Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, as well as the requirements contained in the European airworthiness standards issued for its implementation.
