INVITATION: The Secretary of State in the Security Office, within the framework of the provisions of the Procurement Law of the State of Honduras and its Regulations, kindly invites you to submit an offer formal to participate in the Minor Purchase process No. CM-GA-2026-ADMON-103-352, whose purpose is: "ACQUISITION OF MOTORCYCLES FOR THE SUB MANAGEMENT OF MATERIAL RESOURCES SEDS II. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS 1.
