Delivery of 15 pieces of brand new motor vehicles used for special purposes by the Prison Service - specially adapted to transport 9 people, i.e.: 3 persons deprived of liberty escorted in a sitting position 1 person transportedj in a lying position (or transported in a wheelchair or in a sitting position) together with 3 armed escorts, a convoy commander, a driver and a separate compartment for a ramp.
