Motor insurance of organizational units subordinated to or supervised by the Minister of Justice 1. The subject of the Basic Order are insurance services for the Units, over a period of 36 months, calculated separately for each vehicle. mechanical reported in the 1st Settlement Period under the public procurement contract referred to in § 3 section 1 point 1.1 of the template Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, in the following scope: 1.1. compulsory liability insurance civil law for owners of motor vehicles, referred to in the Act of May 22, 2003 on compulsory insurance, the Insurance Guarantee Fund and the Polish Motor Insurers' Bureau (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 367, as amended) and in Section II, Chapter 1 of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, "Description of the Subject of the Order", constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as "OC Insurance" or "OC"; 1.2.
