The air national guard - civil engineering technical services center (ang-cetsc), minot, nd intends to award a sole source contract to engineered arresting systems corporation (2550 market st, aston, pa 19014) for the following items; motor drive unit (#217347-0), field cabinet (#218985-2), portable hand control (#220442-0), and connecting cable (#220443-0). This action falls under the authority of far 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).



As a result of market research, and in accordance with far 13.106-1(b), engineered arresting systems corporation is deemed the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This vendor is the only afmc wr-alc approved company that builds these parts for the aas bak-12.
