Motolské oncological center - jet ventilator The subject of this public contract is the supply of a jet ventilator (hereinafter referred to as the "device") including accessories and consumables (hereinafter referred to as "SM") for the needs of the Motol Oncology Center FNMH The subject of performance also includes: (i.) Installation of the device and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed examinations and tests. (ii.) Briefing/training of medical personnel carried out by a person authorized to do so according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 375/2022 Coll."). (iii.)Záruční a pozáruční servis přístroje, který bude provádět osoba k této činnosti pověřená, a to na základě manufacturer's certificate of service technician training according to § 44-46 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll.
