Tender Details

The subject of this public order is the supply of 3 C-arms including accessories for the needs of the Motol Oncology Center FNMH. The offered device must meet the technical requirements for the subject of performance set by the contracting authority, to the extent specified in Annex No. 1 of the purchase contract - Technical specification of the subject of performance. The subject of performance also includes: (i.) Installation of the device and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed examinations and tests. (ii.)Instruction/Training medical personnel carried out by a person authorized to do so pursuant to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 375/2022 Coll."). (iii.) Warranty and post-warranty service of the device, which will be carried out by a person authorized for this activity, on the basis of the manufacturer's certificate of service technician training according to § 44-46 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll.
