Anesthesiological devices 5 pcs Electrosurgical units 3 pcs Pulmonary ventilator 1 pc The subject of the performance of this public order is the supply of anesthesia equipment - 1st part of VZ, pulmonary ventilator - 2nd part of VZ, electrosurgical units - 3rd part of VZ including accessories for the needs of the Motol Oncology Center FNMH. The offered device must meet the technical requirements for the subject of performance set by the contracting authority, to the extent set out in Annex No. 1 of the purchase contract - Technical specification of the subject of performance, on separate sheets of the appendix. The subject of performance also includes: (i.) Installation of the device and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed examinations and tests. (ii.)Instruction/training of medical personnel performed by a person authorized to do so pursuant to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 375/2022 Coll."). (iii.) Warranty and post-warranty service of the device, which will be performed by person k entrusted with this activity, on the basis of the manufacturer's certificate of service technician training according to § 44-46 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll.
